Year 8 and 9 Normandy Trip June 2027 !

We are thrilled to offer our Year 8 and 9 students an unforgettable four-day cultural and educational adventure to Normandy from Monday 21st June to Thursday 24th June 2027.

This exciting trip includes a guided trek across the breathtaking Mont Saint-Michel, a world-famous UNESCO World Heritage site. From there, we’ll dive headfirst into the legendary world of French gastronomy with exclusive, mouth-watering guided tours of both a traditional sweet factory and a chocolate factory (yes, tastings included!). Students will also get an authentic taste of local life—and a chance to put their classroom language skills to the test—during a vibrant French market challenge.

Bringing our history curriculum to life, we will explore the profound legacy of World War II in Normandy. We’ll visit the renowned Mémorial de Caen museum and experience the deeply moving, immersive archive footage at the Arromanches 360° cinema, offering students a powerful perspective on the D-Day landings.

With full-board accommodation, expert-led activities, and private coach and ferry travel, this trip offers a perfect balance of learning, culture, and fun.

Don’t miss this opportunity to create lasting memories, deepen historical understanding, and develop independence and confidence in a safe and supportive environment.

Only 30 places are available on this trip, so please make sure to pay the deposit by Wednesday 15th July if you would like to join us on this trip!
