Motivational Assemblies
The letters B M S remind us that Belief leads to Motivation which in turn achieves Success and this week Assistant Haedteacher Mrs Greenwood was outlining the power of being motivated and how we develop motivation to succeed. She asked the students to consider how motivated they feel and what they could do to increase their motivation.
She also linked Motivation to our 3 Rs.
  1. If we Respect ourselves we will want to do our best. It is about eating healthily, getting enough sleep and looking after our mental health.
  2. Motivation gets us started but it is our Responsibility to keep going – building in those daily habits which become stepping stones to a bright future.
  3. Choosing good and positive Relationships with like minded, success-driven friends will also help us be motivated to achieve well.
She ended the assembly by encouraging all students to make a conscious difference – to fuel the important fire of motivation to succeed.
