A specialist training provider came into school on Friday of last term to deliver an assembly to our Year 11 about next steps.The focus was primarily on Apprenticeships with detailed explanations given about each and every aspect of choosing this pathway and the major global brands such as Netflix, the NHS and Deloitte who participate in apprenticeship programs. Mrs Carter reinforced how important work experience is for all students, not just to build confidence for all students but to help in all applications. We all also learnt what a typical month is like as an apprentice with iSales Academy. The students came away intrigued to learn more and what a future undertaking an apprenticeship could look like when they leave BMS.
