In Elm House Assembly Head of House Mr Tenga reminded all students of the power of TEAM – Together Everyone Achieves More.

He also provided loads of examples of very successful teams and shared a media clip that analysed and shared how these were possible.

He ended the assembly by sharing that working in teams can also develop you as an individual – it helps build trust, it develops your confidence and communication skills and opens up new possibilities for you.

As the Head of Elm House he wants his House to be the best House by harnessing the power of the house team this year – it was a positive way to start Wednesday in school.
