Garden Foccacia at BMS

We had a wonderful afternoon baking delicious garden focaccia to celebrate our annual Cultural Day at BMS.

The students learned how to knead and prove the dough before carefully planning how they would decorate their garden focaccia using red onions, tomatoes, parsley, and mushrooms. They showed great creativity and teamwork as they transformed their dough into beautiful edible gardens.

Despite working in a very hot kitchen, the students worked incredibly hard and demonstrated excellent baking skills. They should be very proud of their efforts, producing some fantastic and delicious garden focaccia. Well done to everyone for making the afternoon such a success!
