We were delighted to welcome one of our parents into school last week to speak with staff about her work within a CAMHS-LD team. A Certified Behaviour Analyst, she shared her expertise on behaviour, exploring the impact of motivation, reinforcement, and consequences. She offered valuable insights into neurodiversity and how we can better understand and support all learners.
It was a fantastic opportunity for our staff to deepen their knowledge and reflect on approaches that promote positive behaviour and inclusion. We are very grateful for her time and contribution — it’s wonderful to see parental involvement in the life of the school.
