Have you ever dreamed of flying aeroplanes, building aircraft or working in the space industry? A new programme from The Air League, the charity that has been changing lives through aviation, could be your first step.
Flight Path is a new career development programme for anyone aged 15 and over who wants a future in aviation, aerospace or space. Whether you’re just starting to explore your options or already working towards a specific goal, it offers a structured route from ambition to employment.
Getting into aviation is competitive, and access to industry advice and mentoring often depends on where you live. Flight Path aims to close that gap by helping students to:

What participants will gain?
Every participant receives an Insights Discovery personality profile to help them understand their strengths, communication style and areas to develop. The programme also includes CV and application support, interview preparation, employer insight sessions, mentoring, live webinars with guest speakers, and certificates recognising their progress.
Flight Path is delivered mainly online, so students can learn at their own pace around school and other commitments. Those who stay engaged may also get the chance to access funded summer schools and scholarships through The Air League and its partners.
The programme is valued at over £1,000 per participant. The Air League’s current aim is a one-off contribution of £40, plus annual Air League membership. They are also exploring financial assistance so cost isn’t a barrier. These details aren’t final yet.
Registering your interest is not a commitment, and no payment is needed. It simply helps the Air League shape the programme. To find out more, please speak to Mr Abusef.
The best time to plan your future is now. Register your interest and take the first step.
