Activities in PE & Health last Thursday on Enrichment Day really focussed on developing trust and teamwork skills. Year 7 students were given a series of tasks, challenges and physical activities to do that involved looking out for one another and acting as a team. This really made them think about how best to complete the tasks together to gain success.
There was a lot of fun happening in every space I visited and lots of enjoyment in the physical exercise – all the students were fully engaged and being supportive to one another throughout the day. It was great to see.
