Understanding the Landscape: A brief overview of the current psycho-social and emotional climate facing young people today.
The 3-Step Emotional Approach: Learn how to help young people identify their emotions without judgment and choose healthy, thoughtful responses.
Research-Backed Strategies: Practical, evidence-based self-help tools for positive wellbeing that apply to both younger children and young adults.
Knowing When & How to Get Help: How to recognize when a young person needs extra support and how to access local and specialist resources.
Whether you are looking for proactive strategies to support your child through secondary school or tailored guidance on handling heightened stress, this hour will provide clear, actionable tools for your family.
