As the Head of Willow House it was great to see that a number of Willow House students took part in a team building exercise at the Ashridge Estate last week.Activities ranged from orienteering, building shelters and the cooking of sausages and mash,which is no mean feat outdoors. Students from different year groups worked well together, utilising each other’s skills to complete all of the tasks during the day. This links into House Assembles starting next week ,where the Heads of Houses will be talking about the benefits of teamwork and how this can be used to drive success in lessons and extracurricular activities.
