In a society where there are more and more distractions and activities that encourage us to be sedentary, we are very lucky to have such a great PE and Health Faculty at Bushey Meads. Led by our inspiring Head of Faculty Mr Cartledge, so many great events and activities are provided and students are well supported to develop very good physical and mental health throughout their time at the school. This week Mr Cartledge led the Main School Assemblies as part of the school’s annual Health and Fitness Week and showed the data collected over time related to our students’ fitness levels – some of which we were delighted to see bucks the national trend.
He outlined all the special activities taking place this week culminating in our annual non school uniform charity day on Friday.
