Reach for the stars

Over the past term, our Year 10 students have shown great commitment by attending their weekly progress meetings with their Pastoral manager Miss Kent and Ms Slla and worked hard to improve both their academic progress and ATL.  These meetings have provided an opportunity for students to reflect on their achievements, set goals, and develop positive habits that will support them as they move towards their GCSE courses.

It has been fantastic to see the determination, resilience, and maturity demonstrated by the group. Every student should be proud of the effort they have put into improving their attendance, organisation, engagement, and overall attitude to learning.

A special congratulations goes to our top three students, who have shown exceptional commitment and consistency throughout the programme:

🥉 3rd Place – Lisa
Lisa has worked hard to improve her progress and ATL scores, consistently demonstrating a positive attitude and a willingness to act on feedback. Her dedication has been recognised with a well-deserved third place.

🥈 2nd Place – Rory
Rory has shown outstanding determination and resilience, making significant improvements through consistent effort and commitment each week. Congratulations on an excellent achievement.

🥇 1st Place – Amelia
A huge congratulations to Amelia for securing first place. Amelia has been an exceptional role model throughout the programme, consistently demonstrating excellent commitment, a positive attitude to learning, and a determination to achieve her very best. This is a thoroughly deserved accomplishment.

Well done to all 15 students for embracing the opportunity to improve and for supporting one another throughout the programme. We look forward to seeing this positive momentum continue as you prepare for the challenges and successes of the coming year. Keep up the fantastic work!
