KS3 Cooking Club – A Fantastic End to the...

This week, our KS3 Cooking Club completed its final after-school session of the year by making delicious prawn, chicken and vegetable spring rolls. It was a fantastic way to finish a successful half term of cooking together.

We have thoroughly enjoyed exploring a variety of recipes, developing new practical skills and working as a team each week. It has been wonderful to see everyone’s confidence in the kitchen grow.

We are looking forward to continuing the Cooking Club in September, where we hope to work towards entering the Rotary Young Chef of the Year Competition.

Over the summer, I’d love to hear about any cooking or baking you do at home. If you try a new recipe, create a family favourite, or have ideas for dishes you’d like to make in our Tuesday after-school club, please send me an email at hanburya@busheymeads.org.uk.

Have a fantastic summer, keep cooking, and I’ll see you all in September!
