Mental Health Champion Graduation
On Monday another 8 Mental Health Champions graduated from the training programme. Over the course of the last few weeks they have completed 6 training sessions learning about the 4 stages of Mental Health, how to develop positive healthy habits and how to look after their own mental health first before helping others.
Now that they have graduated they will be thinking over the summer about how they can support others around school with their mental health and come up with activities that can promote positive mental health in the school.
