We were delighted to welcome our Year 5 pupils from across the BSJT MAT schools for an action-packed Transition Day, and what a fantastic day it was!
Throughout the day, students took part in a variety of exciting challenges, practical activities and games designed to help them make new friends, build confidence and experience life at secondary school. From energetic sports activities and problem-solving drama challenges to collaborative games, every activity encouraged teamwork, communication and plenty of smiles.
It was wonderful to see the enthusiasm, resilience and kindness shown by all of the pupils. They embraced every challenge with positivity and supported one another throughout the day, creating a brilliant atmosphere from start to finish. A massive well done to all of our certificate and award winners with a special mention going out to the Little Reddings “Red” team for winning the first ever year 5 BSJT Trophy!
A huge thank you goes to the staff who supported the event and BMS buddies, whose enthusiasm and support helped make the day such a success. We hope all of our Year 5 pupils left feeling excited about the next step in their educational journey, and we can’t wait to welcome them back in the future.
