Round 2 of the VEX Robotics competition took place at Queen Elizabeth’s School in Barnet on Saturday 29th January. Bushey Meads was represented by two teams; Spectrum and Tron, made up of our very talented students who have super powers in engineering and coding!
The two robots were put under much pressure by others, but they soaked it up and performed really well. Team Spectrum had undergone much development since the last time and became a really strong contender for a podium finish.
Watch the videos to see the intensity of the battles that took place and the skill and teamwork that saw our teams gain valuable points throughout the day’s contests.
Now the teams move on to another tournament in March and a chance to develop their robots capabilities even further. Watch this space to hear news of their progress.
