Free Online Parenting Support from Coram Family Lives

Coram Family Lives is offering a range of free online parenting groups and workshops, funded by Hertfordshire County Council. These sessions are available to all parents and carers who live in Hertfordshire or have a child attending a Hertfordshire school.

The programmes provide practical support, information and resources to help parents and carers support their children and help them reach their full potential.

Upcoming sessions include:

  • Bringing Up Confident ADHD/ASD Children – Monday 5 October–16 November, 7:00–9:00pm, or Friday 6 November–11 December, 9:30–11:30am
  • Less Shouting, More Cooperation – Tuesday 6 October–17 November, 9:30–11:30am
  • Dads Together – Wednesday 4 November–9 November, 7:00–9:00pm
  • Anxiety Around ADHD Workshop – Wednesday 21 October, 9:30–11:30am
  • Sibling Rivalry Workshop – Monday 9 November, 9:30–11:30am
  • Reducing Conflict Workshop – Wednesday 25 November, 7:00–9:00pm
  • It’s a Dad’s Life – Thursday 26 November, 7:00–9:00pm
  • Navigating the Storm (Teens) – Wednesday 2 December, 9:30–11:30am

These sessions offer an opportunity to gain useful strategies, learn more about supporting children and teenagers, and connect with other parents and carers.
