Bedrock Vocabulary Learning

Last month, I wrote about our established Bedrock Vocabulary Learning Programme at Bushey Meads and how busy George Furr, our IT manager, had been setting up all the parental accounts-I know how helpful it is being able to monitor your child’s work during lockdown.

Your child’s Year 7 or 8 English teacher continues to be the main person to monitor progress and answer queries, but if any year 7 or 8 parents are having difficulty using their access codes and setting up, please contact [email protected].

Prior to March 23rd, the basic expectation has been that students complete one online lesson a week in school and one as home learning. We have continued that request during this lock-down period and the independent approach that Bedrock Vocabulary relies on is perfect for remote learning in these times.
