Advanced Skills Leader Mrs Knowles led the Main School assemblies this week on the theme of Independence, a particularly important and relevant topic for our hard working and dedicated Sixth Form students pictured here on Monday of this week. She encouraged all of them to believe in themselves, motivate each other and work hard to achieve their hopes and dreams and look forward to celebrating real success at the end of Key Stage 5 as they head off to bright futures at some of the country’s top universities, on prestigious apprenticeships, or in the work place. It was a well crafted message and will hopefully inspire all students to continue to work hard this term and use the half term wisely to engage with Year 11 revision sessions on offer at the school. No doubt our Year 11 and 13 students will also continue in their preparations to taste real success in their forthcoming Pre Public Exams (PPEs).
