This week some of our year 10’s have been ‘getting gritty’ in line with our More Able agenda theme of showing passion and perseverance in their studies. They have been participating in group work that elevates their thinking skills; looking at perception, language association and cross curricular learning. Next week they will be taking their ‘gritty grabber’ (a positive feedback card) which captures moments of GRIT observed by the teacher in all lessons.
