‘Generation Hertsmere’ is the annual careers fair run by Hertfordshire County Council. A number of local employers from the world of TV to construction to Watford FC, as well as educational providers promoted their businesses and services to young people. They gave an invaluable insight about their companies and students were given the opportunity to gain confidence by asking questions about the various industries at the fair. There were some fantastic interactive stalls. Everyone came away inspired, full of information and ready to research into future roles of interest.
