Enrichment Day Special Visitor
On Thursday 6th November we had a very special visitor to school. Laurence Brass, County Councillor for North Bushey and Chairman of Hertfordshire County Council. Laurence came to see the Year 10 Education, Skills and Achievement (ELSA) Next Generation sessions.
Each year ELSA comes into work with our Year 10 students giving them an insight into different workplaces and giving them the opportunity to present themselves in mock interviews. A key part of the day was getting students to think about their own personal brand and what makes them unique.
Laurence spent time walking around the sessions talking to students and the volunteers about the day.
It was a fantastic day for the students and the volunteers were full of praise for our wonderful students.
