Last night we were fortunate enough to be able to take some of our A level music students to see the London Philharmonic Orchestra performing at the Royal Festival Hall on London’s Embankment. The evening consisted of four pieces of French Impressionism conducted by Klaus Makela and featuring an amazing cello solo by Truls Mork. It was so inspiring to see so many great musicians playing at the top of their game, and for the students to see a really outstanding performance by some of the best musicians in the country.
It was also brilliant to be able to see live music and give our A level students the opportunity to see where their endeavours could take them.
Thanks
