Do you have experience working as a Design & Technology Technician?
Are you reliable and self-motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude to your work?
If so, you might be just what we are looking for as from January 2022 we would like to appoint a highly efficient, enthusiastic and suitably experienced person to join our Design & Technology team. The successful applicant will have excellent practical skills and an interest in D&T, particularly Food and Textiles alongside an understanding of Health and Safety Legislation and Risk Assessment.
You will be involved with setting up equipment and materials within a set timeframe, maintaining tools and equipment, supporting in lessons as required and ensuring that there is a safe, clean and orderly environment for teaching. Experience of working in a similar role is desirable but the willingness to undertake suitable training is essential.

The post is for 37 hours per week, working from 8am to 4pm, term-time + 1 week to include 5 INSET days. (Some flexibility with hours is possible for the right candidate). The salary for this post is APT&C points 6 – 9 plus London Fringe, paid pro-rata and based on experience.
