Year 11 and 13 Examinations Started...
It was a good sight to see on Tuesday morning this week – our first whole cohort examination being Biology GCSE with all Year 11s and a number of Year 13 students sitting a CTEC Business Exam entering the Sports Hall in an exemplary fashion with their mixed emotions of nerves, excitement and a touch of adrenaline. For most of the students this is the first official external examination they have taken due to the impact of the pandemic over the last two years.
They have all been working extremely hard and we want to wish them well over the next few weeks and every success in August when the results are published.
Don’t forget to attend Study Saturdays – in the Learning Resource Centre or LRC for Year 11s and the Sixth Form Centre for Year 13s – every Saturday from 10.00 am – 2.00 pm and make the most of every additional revision session being arranged by your hard working teachers as part of our unique Maximising Achievement Timetables supporting you as students in school right up until your final exam.
