Staff go the extra mile during exam season
With the GCSE and A level examination season well underway, I would like to thank all the staff for continuing to really go the extra mile for all our hardworking Year 11 and 13 students.
One example shown in these images is of our key maths teachers, led by their inspirational leader Mr Donovan, providing outstanding personalised support last Saturday at our special Study Saturday at the end of the half term holiday.
This is the support that really makes a difference – students choosing their individual ‘problem questions’ and engaging with their top teachers to gain those all important extra marks that can make the real difference between actual grade boundaries across the broad spectrum of success in these challenging public examinations.
A huge thank you to the staff and congratulations to all the students for attending this crucial session!
