Getting Ready for Seussical the Musical!

Being in Seussical is like having another family. We chat, laugh and of course rehearse.

Rehearsals for this amazing musical is in one word fantastic. Now to use many words it’s super, amazing, exciting, and fun.

The people in Seussical work so hard for one thing, to make this musical perfect. Or nearly perfect…

Now to the story of Seussical. Seussical is a mashup of all the Dr Seuss books. It has silly songs, brilliant acting and crazy choreography. The story is about Horton the Elephant, Maisie the Bird, Gertrude Mcfuzz, the Jungle of Noel, Whoville, the Bird girls and of course Jojo or should I say Jojo’s???

This list of people and performers can go on and on but I’ve got a limit so… let’s move on.

What goes into this play is impossible to describe. The learning, the acting, choreography, the stress, tech, music, singing, acting and directing which is incredible. I am so proud to be in this amazing play with such wonderful and talented people.

I also want to say thank you to Miss Forman for producing and directing this great musical and doing such a good job.
