As part of our ongoing improvements to the school site, particularly in this challenging era of needing to provide exclusive Year Group Bubble Areas for before and after school and break and lunchtimes, we are delighted to have been able to provide a smart astro turf area for our Year 7 Outdoor Area. This was installed last week during the half term holiday. Table tennis has been a popular activity at break and lunchtimes and has engaged many different students. As well as that the many picnic benches provided have been well used. The table tennis tables and picnic benches are now on a state of art astro-turf grassy area which all the students have commented on favourably. As well as that the paving area in the E block quadrangle has been extended – all part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring the school is, not only safe, but also as pleasant as possible during these times.
