Mrs Hughes, Head of Ash House, delivered an assembly to Ash House this week on the theme of TIme.

She went through how important time is within school and how to use time effectively to ensure the most progress is made every lesson.

Mrs Hughes also emphasised the importance of making time for yourself to ensure positive mental health. Some great tips for all to follow to make the most of all the opportunities on offer.
