Consider Your Communication

Our outstanding Lead Practitioner for English Ms Bowe led our Main School Assemblies this week and also provided some excellent resources for our Character Development Coaches to use in their morning CDC time with their House groups.

The Theme of the Week was Communication in all its forms and she reminded us powerfully of how important it is to carefully consider how we communicate to each other.

Words have the power to build people up and also crush them; words can affirm others or cause anxiety and harm. The way we communicate also says something about us and the kind of people we are.

Worth thinking about!
