Attendance Matters
It’s been great to see all the students back after the summer holidays and as the term progresses please do remember how important it is that students are here every day, wherever possible.
We expect students to have attendance of at least 93%. We know that students with high attendance tend to enjoy school the most, and also get the best outcomes in their exams.
In the recent GCSE exams students with attendance above 95% achieve on average a grade higher than those between 90 and 95%
If unfortunately your child is unwell, please remember to notify the school as soon as possible using Arbor.
