Cooking Club Returns: New Alternating...

Due to the overwhelming success and enthusiastic turnout at Cooking Club, we are excited to announce that sessions will now run on an alternating weekly schedule between year groups. This ensures everyone gets hands-on time in the kitchen to bake up some fantastic treats!

Session Timetable

  • Years 8–11: Tuesday, 29th September at 3:10 PM in C10
  • Year 7: Tuesday, 6th October at 3:10 PM in C10

Featured Recipe: Upside-Down Fruit Pudding

For our next rotation, we will be making individual Upside-Down Fruit Puddings! Please remember to bring your ingredients packed and ready to go for your group’s designated week.

Ingredients to Bring:

  • 100g unsalted butter (softened)
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 1 large free-range egg
  • 60g self-raising flour
  • 200g fruit of your choice, fresh or tinned (such as apple, apricot, or pineapple)
  • Large muffin cases

Whether you’re looking to hone your baking skills or try something new, all skill levels are welcome. See you there!
