Opportunity to become a Governor at a Local...
Dear Parents,

I have recently been contacted by Jane Rogers and Vanessa Robinson who are the Co-Chairs of Governors of the Sunflower Federation. The Federation comprises Meadow Wood School in Bushey and Breakspeare School in Abbots Langley. Both these schools are Local Authority Special Schools.

The Federation is looking to appoint new governors from the local community and they were asking if any Bushey Meads’ parents would be interested in joining. Being a Governor would provide a wonderful opportunity to extend your knowledge of the joys, challenges and curriculum of special needs schools and more widely the role of governors in education.

If you would like any further information please contact either Jane or Vanessa:
