Year 11 Food GCSE revision lessons

Well done to our Year 11 Food Preparation and Nutrition students for all their hard work on NEA 1 and NEA 2! They are now fully focused on revising for their June exam.

Today’s lesson involved using CGP flashcards to quiz each other on Section 5: Food Provenance, with a particular focus on understanding how secondary food processing works in the food industry. Students then applied their knowledge by tackling past paper questions on food processing — a great way to build confidence and exam readiness.
