It was great to see so many Year 7 students attending the first netball practice on Wednesday evening. On only their second day at Bushey Meads they spent an hour after school developing and honing their skills, meeting new friends and all left with smiles on their faces. What a great way to start the new academic year.
There are lots of opportunities in PE this year for everyone to get involved. Most clubs will start next week, a full timetable can be found on the website. Information about clubs can also be found in both sets of changing rooms and noticeboards around the PE faculty.
Many students had targets of getting involved in extra-curricular clubs at the end of last year and it would be great to see lots of them taking up some of the fantastic opportunities on offer.
