Outstanding Evening of Dance

Last week ended on a real high with staff, students, parents and friends gathering in the Main Hall on Friday evening to enjoy an amazing GCSE and A Level Dance Showcase. I would like to congratulate all the talented students who participated and performed – all the performances were superb.

I would also like to congratulate Miss Dolan and Miss Noyan, our fantastic Dance Teachers who have really put Bushey Meads School on the map for being a real centre of excellence for dance at all levels from Year 7 to Year 13. Students from across the area now come to Bushey Meads School to study dance at GCSE and A level and go on to exciting higher education opportunities because of their outstanding leadership in this important area of our curriculum.

Many parents and colleagues recognised how talented our young people are and how all the performances were of an extremely high standard and something to be really proud of!
