Mental Health Day – 10th October

Thursday 10th October was World Mental Health Day.

Our aim at BMS is to keep the conversation open about Mental Health. Our ‘Mind to be Kind’ mantra and the 3R’s keep it at the forefront of our mind. Students are delivered key messages about mental health and how they can look after their own mental health and spot signs of poor mental health in others during assemblies, CDC time and through the Enrichment Day programme.
To coincide with World Mental Health Day we are having our Mental Health Ambassadors launch party on Friday. Our Mental Health Ambassadors are a group of students that have applied for the position because they want to support other students.
Please use the links below to access resources to support your children at home and help start the conversation about mental health and wellbeing.
