House Arts Competition

As we look ahead to December, excitement is already building for our upcoming House Arts Competition! House Arts is one of our fantastic inter-house competitions, celebrating the creativity, talent and individuality of our students across Bushey Meads School.

Students have the opportunity to showcase their talents in a variety of ways, whether that’s submitting a piece of artwork, photography or poetry, or performing a piece of drama, dance or music. Entries can be completed individually or in groups, giving everyone the chance to get involved, share their passions and earn valuable house points for their team.

We have already had lots of students sign up, and we are confident that this could be the biggest House Arts competition Bushey Meads has ever seen! It is wonderful to see so much enthusiasm, creativity and house spirit, and we cannot wait to see the incredible range of talents our students have to offer.

Of course, the Heads of House are already feeling competitive and are determined to lead their houses to victory! There is plenty of friendly rivalry in the air, and everyone will be doing their best to claim the coveted House Arts title. However, let’s be honest… Sycamore is going to win, obviously!

We encourage all students to get involved, take a creative risk and be proud of what they can achieve. Whether you are performing on stage, submitting a masterpiece or working collaboratively with friends, House Arts is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate what makes our school community so special.

Let the countdown to December begin, may the best house win (although we all know which one that will be!)
