Free Online Wellbeing Workshops for Families

We’re pleased to share a new leaflet from Hertfordshire’s Children’s Wellbeing Practitioner (CWP) Service, outlining a series of free emotional wellbeing workshops for parents and young people, running from October to December 2025.

These virtual sessions, delivered via Microsoft Teams, are designed to support both young people and parents/carers with a range of emotional wellbeing topics. Workshop themes include:

  • Emotional wellbeing for young people aged 11–16
  • Building self-esteem and resilience (for both adolescents and parents)
  • Supporting children with sleep difficulties
  • Developing children’s emotional literacy
  • Practical tips for emotional regulation and wellbeing

All sessions are free to attend and open to families across Hertfordshire. You can browse the full list of workshops and book your place via Eventbrite using the link in the attached leaflet.
