End of Year Rewards Assemblies
At the end of the academic year, we always take time to celebrate all the accomplishments and hard work the students have put in throughout the year. Special year group rewards assemblies were held on the last two days of term in July, with a number of parents and carers able to join us.
The rewards issued were for effort and achievement in subjects which were nominated by the class teachers, act of kindness awards and community awards. Students also received a special nomination from their Character Development Coach for outstanding contribution to character development time each morning.
Students also received certificates for the reward points accumulated over the academic year with certificates issued in the following categories:
BRONZE – achieving over 50 reward points
SILVER – achieving over 100 reward points
GOLD – achieving over 200 reward points
PLATINUM – achieving over 350 reward points
DIAMOND – achieving over 500 reward points
An outstanding 235 students from years 7-10 received a platinum or diamond certificate, equating to an impressive 30% of the cohort.
The student in each year group with the top number of reward points were given a special trophy in recognition of their achievement:
Olivia – 7Willow
Millie – 8Maple
Ajra – 9Sycamore
Ellen – 10Ash
A huge well done to all students for their achievements.
