Team : S Mowle, S Patel, H Neal, A Worth, A Sanga, L Johnson, Z Watson, J Allan, G Guainiere, B Neulaender, L Fearnside

Comment : The Junior Boys cricket team were desperately unlucky to suffer another last over defeat on Thursday in a a league match with Croxley Danes. With a slow outfield the boys scored 62 with special mention to a quickfire 17 from S Patel. An excellent spell of bowling from H Neal and S Patel saw the game go into a very close finish with Croxley reaching the total with one ball to spare. The boys have now won 2 and lost 2 of this seasons matches in what has been a very enjoyable series of games.

Comment : The Junior Boys cricket completed their final match of the season with a comfortable win over Reach Free. Some fine bowling and fielding restricted the opposition to just 58 runs with G Holdback and H Neal the pick of the bowlers. With some excellent boundaries hit by S patel and g Holdback the boys reached the target with 5 overs to spare to record their 3rd win of the season. The boys have been an excellent group who have shown great commitment and are very unlucky not to have won all 5 matches. Well done to all member sof the squad.
