Last Friday, the 4th November 2022, BMS had its 2nd Enrichment Day and the IT Department within the Technology Faculty had some fun and enjoyable ICT sessions with the Year 7 students.

Mr Abusef showed the excited Year 7 students how to create websites and they attempted to create webpages in the short one-hour session. While in the next-door classroom, other Year 7 students were learning how to use block code methods to create algorithms that move Ana, the Frozen Princess to create shapes and patterns. These algorithm activities start from the beginner level progress to the intermediate level and then finally to the advanced level.

Many Year 7s completed the Ana and Elsa project which had 20 activities in total; on the Hour of Code website. They were very proud of their achievement and even printed their certificates!
