The Power of Online Learning
On Monday of this week our Monday Magic Moment, led by one of our key leaders in English Mr Carter, focussed on the power of the online learning platform SENECA. Many students will already be very familiar with this important online learning platform which covers the vast majority of curriculum areas, but it was good for all staff to be reminded of this virtual resource tool which is proven to drive up learning and progress at all levels.
As parents and carers do continue to encourage your children to make full use of all the online platforms made available through Bushey Meads School. Even just 30 minutes extra online learning a day (above and beyond any home learning set by teachers) can make a massive difference to achievement and attainment – ultimately leading to significant improvements at GCSE and A level.
