Leadership Roles in Sixth Form

As the new academic year progresses, a fresh wave of leadership has emerged at our Sixth Form. The newly appointed prefects, handpicked for their dedication, leadership qualities, and academic excellence, have quickly stepped into their roles and embraced the responsibility. The changes and growth of our prefects are already evident

For many of the new prefects, this is the first time they’ve held a formal leadership position. The transition from student to leader can be a challenging one, and stepping into roles that involve representing the entire school requires both confidence and humility. As they settle into their new responsibilities, many prefects have expressed how this transition is both rewarding and full of learning opportunities.

Our new prefects are adapting quickly, learning to balance authority and approachability.

Responsibility & Challenges:  Prefects are involved in a variety of roles, including event organisation and mentoring.

Teamwork: Collaboration is key, with the prefects regularly meeting to share experiences and support one another.
