ELSA -Get ready for work
On Thursday 7th November, as part of our enrichment day programme our Year 10 students got the opportunity to take part in a careers immersion day hosted by ELSA Next Generation. The students got to take part in a variety of different workshops centered around employability school. Workshops were facilitated by nationwide companies including Nandos and Bowyer and Kirkland.
Students got to take part in mock interviews with volunteers from local organisations and some students have used this opportunity to make connections for possible work experience placements.
Students presented themselves impeccably throughout the day and some have made links that will be useful for future careers. Well done Year 10.
