Last Friday our Friday Faculty Focus presentation in Staff Briefing was led by our newly appointed IT Manager across the BSJT Mr Booth.
He spoke about the hugely important theme of cyber security and reminded staff of the necessary and regular training that we are signed up to as a Trust.
Operated through the nationally renowned Boxphish training provider, all staff complete short monthly training courses to upskill themselves in all aspects of cyber security. This keeps Bushey Meads School, as well as the other schools in the Trust, as secure as we can be in these modern times.
Staff also comment on the personal benefits the training provides – enabling us to be financially and IT secure in life outside of the workplace.
We would like to congratulate Mr Booth on his new appointment and thank him and all the IT Team for the excellent work they do to support our IT infrastructure and keep our systems and processes as secure and safe as they can be.
