Christmas Spirit at BMS

Christmas Spirit at BMS
Last Thursday it was so nice to see so many students and staff sporting their Christmas jumpers and enjoying what was considered by many to be one of the best Christmas dinners served at BMS in recent years.
The Christmas atmosphere was enhanced by free crackers and party hats for all students and festive music being played in our School Restaurant for the day. Students sat in their Character Development Groups with their CDCs and loved the chance to socialise together.
One member of staff who has worked here for a number of years sent this message into our hard working Business Manager who has oversight of all the catering services at the school indicating how successful it was:
Just sending some feedback regarding the Xmas dinner. Having had many Xmas dinners over the years at BMS, some good and some not so good, I wanted to send an email to say well done to the catering team for today’s meal. I thought the presentation and organisation of the serving area was really good. The food looked great – the portion was very healthy and service was excellent. The food tasted really good and was one of the best I’ve had over the years. Well done to all the catering team – please pass on my thanks.
