This week I received an email from Pola asking if myself and Miss Dolan wanted to attend her dance society’s end of term show…we quickly bought tickets and the excitement kicked in.

Pola was an A Level student here at Bushey Meads who is now in her first year at King’s College London studying Psychology after achieving an amazing A* in Dance.
Despite being ill, she showed she is still incredibly determined and pushed through performing in several pieces as well as in work she had choreographed herself. She has always had such a strong dedication for dance and it was so good to see our students continue their passions alongside their studies.

It was such a proud moment for the Bushey Meads Dance Department and great way of celebrating our amazing alumni.
I hope to be attending more shows in support of our ex-students.
