Are you or anyone you know (family / friends / community members) able to support students at Bushey Meads School with work experience and careers related activities this year?

Due to the changing climate over the last 18 months, we would like to develop new links with companies and individuals in order to support our students on their careers journey through school.

Examples of events that we currently hold to support our students include Year 13 Mock Interviews, work experience weeks for students in Year 10 and 12 plus a variety of different enrichment events across the school year.

This is an opportunity for you to get involved and give back to your local community, support our young people during their transition to adulthood and the world of work and helping them develop important life skills required for success in employment.

Any interested parties would be fully supported by our Work Related Learning Team.

If you feel you could be of support, or you would just like some more information regarding our Careers and Work Related Learning programme, please contact Mrs McIldowie at: mcildowied@busheymeads.org.uk
