Sixth Form Enrichment

In today’s social media driven world, there is a tremendous amount of fake news and myth’s around all sorts of topics online. It can often be difficult to distinguish between what is true and what isn’t. At Bushey Meads Sixth Form, we are committed to providing our students with factual information from a reliable source that they can trust. During Enrichment Day last week, we hosted a talk designed to open up an important conversation that can be often challenging but is necessary. Our incredible students were mature and responsive and many expressed that they left the event feeling more informed and confident in their understanding. Later on, students were encouraged to go on their chosen activity for the afternoon, where they were able to socialise with their friends and enjoy the spring sunshine.
